We stayed at Ed & Cindy's vacation home at Christmas and I can tell you that it is all that they say.  It is a fully furnished new home showing no signs of wear.  It took us about 15 minutes to get to Disney from the home and it
is in a quiet neighborhood.  My wife calls it her Florida home.   We can't wait to go back again.   If you stay, take good care of it.  The pool and hot tub are wonderful in the evening.  I think the home is too nice to rent out.

• We all absolutely LOVED the house.  For the most part, the weather was reasonably warm, so the pool was warm.  All of us felt   quite at home...even brought a 7-1/2 foot artificial tree with us!  Everything was well stocked, with plenty of towels too. 

  Again, we had a fabulous time!  Hope to visit again sometime!

  Just a quick note to thank you for allowing us to rent your home in Florida April 5th - April 12th.  We had a wonderful time. 

  It was the first time that we rented a home rather than a hotel room and you made it a great first time experience.

   

  The home was beautiful and well taken care of.  It was so nice to come home after the parks and just have everyone either all together playing cards or in each of the rooms taking a nap.  We weren't waiting for showers and taking turns on the chairs eating.  It was like we were home with plenty more space than even our own home. 

   

  We sometimes felt like it was our new home ;)

   

  We will definitely keep you in mind and will be happy to spread the word to anyone heading that way.

• We were very pleased with our stay.  The house was everything that we saw and were told it would be.  It even had current DVDs  to watch.  Everything was extremly clean and organized.  Ed and Cindy answered all our questions in a timely manner.  My deposit was refunded in full within a week after our stay.  We have recommended this home to our friends and we will stay again the next time we come to Orlando.

• We were a bit skeptical when my nephew from Fort Lauderdale said we should find a rental property and meet in Orlando. We did just that and now we wouldn’t do it any other way. The rental property was excellent. The house was extremely clean, roomy and very accommodating for kids with the game room, pool and hot tub. The location is in close proximity to all the Disney attractions and downtown Orlando. Our family had a great time together and we would definitely do it again.

• We had a lovely time at your property and were glad that your care manager was able to provide us with details for a local Doctor as one of the children fell ill the day after we arrived.

  The property was in an ideal location from Disney attractions as it did not take us long to get there or back once we got used to the roadworks and explored our way around to avoid the majority of them on the Highway. I am sure that once the development is completed and takes off it will be a place to return to and enjoy other facilities that will be offered.

   

  The children loved the pool and the games room and were absolutely delighted with the Christmas tree.

  The layout of the house was ideal for two families sharing as it was conjusive to socialising and gathering.

  We were appreciative of the pushchair and used it in the theme parks. As we had taken some DVD's with us we were grateful for the ones provided in your house as due to regions we were unable to play ours on the DVD players.

   

  The adults made good use of the games room in the evening time and relaxed in the spa.

  I will recommend your property to other families that I know go over to Disney and give them the website details. We will probably return to Disney again in a couple of years and will make you our first point of access for availability.

   

  We all had a great time and loved the ambience of the 'mouse house'. You have a lovely home there thank you.

• Good morning Ed and Cindy! 

   We took an extended tour of the states on our way home, so just got back this week…to lots of snow and cold weather, it was a bit harsh after being spoiled by that Florida sun! 

   We had a great time at your home in Davenport, the house was beautifully decorated, spacious and had everything we needed to simply sit back and relax for a long weekend.  We especially enjoyed the private pool and hot tub.  It really made the trip to be able to come “home” and relax in the hot tub after a long day at Disney’s Magic Kingdom.  It was wonderful! 

  We enjoyed the pool table as well and the layout of the house was perfect for our large family.  We also walked to the clubhouse and enjoyed the playground, it will be beautiful once complete!

   We  very much appreciated the little things you had done to make our stay special, it was so nice of you to supply a new raft and floats for the kids to use in the pool.  And let me tell you, having all of the baby supplies was a lifesaver!  The availability of a stroller, highchair, portable crib, baby spoons, etc. made your home the ideal place for us.

  Your home had so many features that others do not offer:  private pool and hot tub, children’s rooms decorated for children, all the necessary baby items, beautifully decorated to feel like home versus plain, bare basics, one story (no stairs to deal with for our baby), close to Disney, close to gas, grocery and shopping, game room, private laundry…the list goes on AND all for a price cheaper than a one room hotel!

  We would come back in a heartbeat and have already recommended your home to another family looking for a better alternative to the standard hotel experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the fact that you made yourselves available to us by phone was just another example of your outstanding hospitality!
